BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: Tracts of land located in the 900 and 1000 blocks of East 14th Street and East 13th Street, being on the northeast line of East 14th Street at Fagan Street. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Erection and maintenance of a chain link fence along the west line of the property. 2. Erection and maintenance of a landscaped screen in accordance with the screening provisions of the M-2 zone along 14th Street and along the east line of the property. 3. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
